ORDER PRODUCTION 

The current production/handling time is 7-10 Business days PLUS shipping transit time (business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays). Each item may have a varied production time based on inventory etc. Special orders will require additional time and ship time will depend on design (mock up is also provided).  During the holiday season times are subject to change.

Please remember these items are handmade or made on demand and do require a little time to create.

If a specific design is out of stock, you will be notified.

***REFUNDS | EXCHANGES | CANCELLATION ***

REFUNDS- Due to the custom nature of your product, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if the item arrives to you with a manufacturer issue, or an error made on our part, such as wrong color or size, you may exchange your item within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order in the mail to resolve this issue. 

For the exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed and free of smells. We will ask you to re-purchase the item and we will reship the correct item to you along with a return mailer to return the incorrect item. Once we receive the incorrect item back and it has not been worn or damaged will we refund you.

Special orders and custom designs are non refundable. Please fill out the form below for custom orders.

SHIPPING- We ship via USPS or UPS Package Service. You will automatically be provided a tracking number when your item(s) ship.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Priority is available at an additional cost.  If you live in the Metro-Detroit area local pick-up is also available.
